Please pass on to Dr. Meeker how much I truly appreciated her book Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters. Her book gave me medical and social context and affirmation to the truth of generational blessings and curses. I have always known that how I treat my wife and daughter today will determine my daughter’s choices in the future. The principle that I have the greatest influence over my daughter has always held my heart and mind. Moreover, I have also been aware that society and the media are going to undermine and attack her sense of self. I want to thank her for the unwavering stance she makes and the encouragement she gives fathers in her book.
