Starting first with her own relationship with food, Autumn decided to try a “whole food” diet which included dairy free and gluten free foods.  Her husband joined her in this journey and her 5 boys shortly thereafter.  In this episode Autumn shares how food helped her and her family feel better, get better sleep, help heal acne and behavioral issues associated with foods.
